Simenpal Kainth

Simenpal was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, but has called the Waterloo Region his home since 2021. Simenpal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to entering law school, Simenpal worked in various legal settings, including the Toronto-Dominion Bank’s legal department, where he developed a passion for litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, and corporate law. Simenpal completed his licensing at a prominent Cambridge law firm and has worked primarily in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas since his call to the Bar. Simenpal has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Simenpal received the 2022 Diamond Award for Best Family Law Lawyer in the Waterloo Region, the 2023 Gold Award for Best Family Law Lawyer in the Waterloo Region, and 2023 Platinum Award for the Best Criminal Law Lawyer in the Waterloo Region.

Simenpal is fluent in English and Punjabi.

Simenpal is a member and Trustee of the Waterloo Region Law Association.
